| 岗位职责 | • Work cross functions to develop and execute material group strategies to bring value (quality, delivery, total costs, and innovation) to the company. • Source and develop strategic suppliers with material innovation to bring value to company. • Support site souring on negotiation regarding price, deliver term, payment term etc when necessary. • Focused on strategic spend analytics and leverage solid analytics skills to conduct cross industry and global spends to drive for value. • Take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of Boyd Asia and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved. for example, deliver 3%-5% PPV savings on an annual basis. • Use strong interpersonal skills to partner and manage the relationship with critical global supply partners. |

| 任职要求 | • Has worked in manufacturing operations/supply chain/procurement/logistics areas, with a total experience of between 6 to 9 years in global supply chain and with global supplier management, negotiation, and development experiences will be preferred. • Experience and knowledge in rubber/plastic molding, metal stamping and machining and PSA coating, and die-cutting and converting manufacturing area • Experience in automotive parts/components manufacturing is preferred. • Engineering background and related experiences will be better. |
