职位要点：
1.Finance Management consolidation, budgeting, management reporting, board reporting, treasury management, cash flow management and external audit report coordination and management.
2.Internal controls and risk management system implementation .
3.Finance Policy development.
4.Business development support/ Mergers and Acquisition projects.
5.Spearhead strategic planning stages during mergers and acquisitions.
6.Propose financial improvement Suggestions and risk warning to support management decision making.
7.Analyze business management requirement, management report etc.
8.Other special projects.

岗位要求：
1.A degree majoring in accounting, and preferably a qualified accountant e.g. CPA or ACCA.
2.Very solid knowledge in Accounting principles and familiar with China and International GAAP.
3.Over 10 years' managerial work experience from a combination of domestic & Multinational. Who has rich experience in financial management, fund planning, budget, cost, financial analysis and capital operation etc.
4.Very good report writing skills.
5.Can travel and can work flexible hours.
6.Fluent English & Chinese (Mandarin), both speaking & writing.
